The minutes from the last meeting were read and approved,Our President was unable to attend,due to the ill health of his wife Barbara.to whom everyone sends their best wishes.

With very little in the way of a report from the secretary,we moved on to the treasurers report,Kevin said that it had been a difficult year.but we had made ends meet and were left with a small amount of cash at the end of the financial year,It was decided NOT to increase the members subs this coming year,and Kevin said he would give us an update after 6 months as to the state of the finances.

The h'cap Secretary's report was also brief with no one complaining about the maintainance of h'caps.A short description was given as to the state of our (this)web site and asked if anyone would like anything added to it.

The past Captains report was also brief (a little like his year 9 months)

On matters arising it was suggested that the committee explore other golf courses for our venues with regard to the discounts that are now being offered by most golf clubs along the coast,(please watch this site for the latest updates regarding this.)

There were no offers of anyone standing for the committee,so the exsisting committee were reinstated.

After the meeting was closed the Captain's raffle took place with lots of great prizes on offer,pictured below is Alan Rickers with his prize !!!!!
